Hi! Im Klauw and this is my info commission sheet. Here you will find information about prices, procedure, rules and more.
Please read thoroughly if you are interested in commissioning me and thank you for your interest.

These are base prices. An additional fee may be added depending on the character design complexity, such as clothes, accessories, mascots or physical features.
Your commission will be fully lined, coloured and shaded. It will be drawn on a high resolution canvas with at least 4000x4000 pixels and 300dpi.
+ SIMPLE FLAT BACKGROUND: FREE
Flat colour, gradients and simple shapes.
+ DETAILED PAINTED BACKGROUND: +$50
Scenery, landscapes or rooms. Animals and furniture also count as detailed backgrounds. Price might fall or rise depending on the amount of detail desired.

Sketches are imperfect and more messy than my regular art. Will be simply shaded and coloured. Single character and simple or white background only.

✦ Commission method ✦
We discuss the details of what you wish to receive.
I sketch the idea and show it to you.
We further discuss if you're satisfied with the sketch or not, I make changes to the sketch accordingly and show it to you once again. We repeat this process a maximum of 3 times. If more than 3 revisions are done an additional fee will be applied for each new revision.
Payment done via PayPal. (tip: i recommend paying via the 'friends and family' option, otherwise Paypal will take a portion of the payment)
I start working on the artwork. You will receive another update of a coloured sketch before i start lining and colouring.
once I'm done I send you the preview. High quality images will be sent through email.
Please note that im a slow artist. My process has become slower overtime in exchange for greater detail and better quality. Your commission should be done within 1-2 months.

Payment via paypal only.
Payment after the sketch is approved.
Payment first, art later.
I recommend paying via the 'friends and family' option, otherwise Paypal will take a portion of the payment.
I do not accept refunds after the piece is finished. Smaller changes to the piece (such as colour alteration and changing or adding small details) are possible.
I accept partial payment if necessary. 50% of the full price must be paid after the sketch is accepted. The rest must be paid before the finished artwork is sent.

I have the right to post your commission to my social media platforms. If you do not wish for me to post your commission you have to be upfront about it from the very beginning, an additional fee is then applied.
You do not have permission to sell my work as NFTs.
I have the right to decline your commission request for any reason.
No refunds allowed unless complications with production arise. The purchase is final.
I will not draw text based characters. Please have clear image references ready when contacting me.
Maximum 3 revisions of the sketch are allowed. After that i will start charging for each new revision.
Production can take up to a month and longer, milestone updates will be provided when reasonable.

Use the artwork for personal use.
Post the artwork with proper credits given.
Claim the right to the character, not the artwork itself.
Use the artwork to promote yourself with appropiate credit given if/when necessary.
You do not have the right to
Use the artwork to make NFTs.
Take credit for creation of the artwork.
Create and sell merchandise using the artwork.
Profit financially directly off of the artwork.

While i work on your commission i might draw for myself in between sessions. This is mainly to recharge and avoid burnout. If you see me posting sketches and smaller works unrelated to your commission it does not mean that i have stopped working on it and i'm simply taking a break.I like to experiment with several styles and methods! If you like a past drawing of mine more than my other ones please bring it up and i can recreate that specific style for you.I try not to work on weekends so there might be a delay in messaging!
